Made in Japan: Banfan Ryoumono - Sawada PREMIUM Soy Sauce Scallop Shavings 55g (F125)

This product won the Gold Award at the 2022 National Umami Awards and is made from 100% domestically produced scallops from Japan. It is suitable for fried rice, rice balls, pasta, and even as a topping for vegetarian dishes.

The scallops are sourced from high-quality regions in Hokkaido and Aomori Prefecture. The manufacturer meticulously selects and screens each scallop to ensure freshness and quality standards. This strict quality control guarantees an exceptional taste and eating experience for the final product. The scallop shavings are crafted using two different preparation methods, resulting in a unique texture through special processing techniques.

When consumed, it feels like enjoying grilled scallops by the hearth, with a fragrant soy sauce grilling method. The seafood and soy sauce aroma gradually spreads with each bite, making it perfect for pairing with rice.
