This chicken hotpot sauce is all the rage in Hong Kong and is frequently out of stock!
The secret recipe of the sauce master
One pack contains one chicken.
The sauce, dried chili spices, and extra-hot chili powder are packaged separately.
Add spice to your liking.

How to use:

1. Add a small amount of oil, open the spice packet and put it in the pot. Sauté the spices over medium heat until fragrant. (If you like, you can add ginger and garlic to sauté together for a better flavor.)
2. Place the chicken pieces (one whole) in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry until golden brown.
3. Add the sauce and stir-fry until evenly mixed.
4. Add half a bowl of water. Once the sauce boils, cover the pot, reduce the heat to low, and simmer the chicken until cooked through.
5. Add your favorite ingredients, such as ginger, onion, cilantro, potatoes, mushrooms, noodles, tofu puffs, and dried bean curd sticks, and it's ready to eat.
6. Finally, add water or chicken broth and it can be served as a separate hot pot.
7. Can be used in other cooking methods according to personal preference: clams in hot pot, as a side dish, with shrimp, or crab.
